How to Purge Emails in Cpanel

Deleting a large number of emails is sometimes necessary to free up disk space on your webmail account. When dealing with a substantial volume of emails, manually deleting them one by one is impractical. Fortunately, cPanel offers a solution to delete bulk emails efficiently. Follow these steps to remove multiple emails from your webmail via cPanel:

Step 1: Begin by logging into your cPanel account.

Step 2: In the cPanel dashboard, locate the email section and click on “Email Disk Usage.”

Step 3: Choose the specific email address you wish to manage from the account drop-down menu.

Step 4: Once you’ve selected the email account, you’ll see various email folders such as inbox, sent items, and trash. Click on the “Manage” option.

Step 5: Within the email management interface, look for the “Message to Delete” section. Here, you can use the drop-down menu to select the appropriate criteria for the emails you want to delete. Once you’ve made your selections, click on the “Delete Permanently” button.
