Deleting a large number of emails is sometimes necessary to free up disk space on your webmail account. When dealing with a substantial volume of emails, manually deleting them one by one is impractical. Fortunately, cPanel offers a solution to delete bulk emails efficiently. Follow these steps to remove multiple emails from your webmail via cPanel:
Step 1: Begin by logging into your cPanel account.

Step 2: In the cPanel dashboard, locate the email section and click on “Email Disk Usage.”

Step 3: Choose the specific email address you wish to manage from the account drop-down menu.

Step 4: Once you’ve selected the email account, you’ll see various email folders such as inbox, sent items, and trash. Click on the “Manage” option.
Step 5: Within the email management interface, look for the “Message to Delete” section. Here, you can use the drop-down menu to select the appropriate criteria for the emails you want to delete. Once you’ve made your selections, click on the “Delete Permanently” button.

If you see the below popup, it means you have successfully deleted all your messages.
