• Services refer to the digital services offered for sale on the Website.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Services from Us.
• Website refers to Couchdeck, accessible from https://couchdeck.com/
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Eligibility for a Refund on Services

Our services include SEO, Facebook and Google Ads Management, Hosting, Article Writing, PR, Domain Name Registration, and other digital services. Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided once services have been delivered or are in process, except for our hosting services.

You are entitled to cancel your Order and obtain a refund only for our hosting services within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order for hosting services is 30 days from the date on which the service was activated.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can do this by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel your Order. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
